myHAIR: Dudu Osun as Shampoo?

Image

Yes, apparently you can use Dudu Osun to wash your natural (unrelaxed) hair. After visiting several natural hair blogs, and tired of using conditioner to “wash” my hair, I decided to try this out, and I loved it. I felt like my hair was “clean”, the soap lathers very well, and it smells great!

Dudu Osun contains the following ingredients: Pure Honey, Shea Butter, Camwood, Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa Pod ash, palm bunch ash, glycerine, Aloe Vera, Lime Juice, Water, Fragrance,

Why is the soap a “healthier” alternative to regular shampoo?

– All NATURAL ingredient, does NOT contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (harsh chemical that strips hair of natural moisture)

– Keeps your natural hair soft

– smells great

– lathers well

– cleans hair :)

– gentle, yet great for handling scalp conditions

– You can use to wash your kids hair too!

– Affordable!

Technique: Wet hair, lather, then wash (try not to rub the soap against your hair)

Who knew this timeless “miracle” soap would be better than the expensiver commercial shampoos that only cause more harm than good to your hair.
